These are great for a hot Florida summer day. We like to use 3 different flavors of juice (usually Grape, strawberry, and the clear Punch) and 3 different fruits/berries (usually Pineapple for the punch, strawberries, and raspberries for the grape) to make a tri-colored popsicle. To do this, just assemble normally, but fill only about 1/3 of the cup and once frozen well, just pull up the foil and add another layer!

Last Saturday it was hot! And the kid were whining about being hot and bored. That's when i thought of the pops. All three kids helped me make them and by the time they woke for their nap the pops were frozen. I got to be SUPER MOM and AUNT for the rest of the day!
