This is so much more than just a delicious, easy to make side dish. It is my childhood memory. Carnation evaporated milk was what I survived on since I was a newborn. The aroma and light sweetness of the dish is so satisfying.

I have always used Carnation Milk in my mashed potatoes, mainly because that's what Mother did...it just would be Mashed Potatoes without the Carnation!

This has been the way my family has prepared mashed potatoes for years and I will not eat them any other way. Add a little salt for an even better taste. Absolutely Fabulous! Super easy and super tasty. I don't even bother measuring anything, I just mix (use electric beaters to get them ultra creamy) until it gets to the consistency and flavor I love.
